Tomorrow we have the final videoconference between Patricia McKissack and Howitt Middle in New York. Students will share their historical fiction stories and/or biographies with Pat. Looking forward to it!! In April, Pat and Arlene will connect to Rockwood South Middle for the last Fact v. Opinion videoconference.

What a good session–even though we had a few tech problems at the end. I especially enjoyed hearing you read your work. The topics were interesting and your research was well done. Remember to show and don’t tell. Use good descriptive words and good transitions. I’m looking forward to receiving your finished pieces some time soon.
